How to Use:
Start with one coat of OPI Natural Nail Base Coat. Shake the nail lacquer well, then apply two thin coats of Happy Anniversary!, allowing each coat to set. Finish with OPI Top Coat and cover the free edge of the nail to help reduce chipping and extend wear.
