Cancellation before shipment:
If the order of the item(s) that you want to cancel has not been shipped yet, you can raise your cancellation request by the following ways:
In case of Paid orders, the refund will be initiated within 24 hours after receiving the cancellation request and should reflect in the source account within 4 to 5 business days (Saturdays and Sundays excluded) from the time it is initiated.
Cancellation after shipment:
In case of COD orders: If you want to cancel the order after it is shipped then you can simply refuse to accept the parcel on arrival which will initiate a return. Once cash is paid and parcel is accepted, order cannot be cancelled.
In case of Paid orders: If you want to cancel the order kindly refuse to accept the parcel on arrival and refund will be initiated from our end only once the goods have been received and verified at our end. In case the parcel is accepted, cancellation request will automatically be null & void.
