HOW TO USE

1. Prep the Lips

   • Begin at the Cupid’s bow, outlining along your natural lip shape.

   • To create fuller-looking lips, slightly overline just above your natural lip edges.

   • Optional: Fill in the lips lightly using the liner for added depth and longer wear.

3. Apply the Velvet Liquid Lipstick

   • Apply a thin, even layer over the lined lips.

   • The velvet formula will dry to a soft, plush matte (not dry or powdery).

4. Build if Needed

   • For deeper colour, apply a second thin layer once the first layer has set.
