How to Use

1. Prep eye area: Clean eyelid, optionally apply eye-primer or a light powder to reduce oil.

2. Apply along lash line: Glide the pencil from inner corner to outer corner, staying as close to lash roots as possible.

3. Wing or extend (if desired): At outer corner, lift slightly and draw upward/outward for wing.
