This is a professional-grade setting/finishing powder from Kryolan, formulated to be used over cream or fluid foundations. According to the brand, it contains a high concentration of modified rice starch which gives it strong oil-absorption and helps extend the wear-time of your makeup.åÊ
The TL14 shade is part of their ‰ÛÏTranslucent Powder‰ line, described as a tinted option (rather than fully colourless) so that it can subtly warm or cool your foundation tone whilst still being effectively ‰ÛÏinvisible‰ on-face.åÊ
One reviewer described the TL14 variant as having ‰ÛÏyellow undertones‰ that brighten up the face while still blending in.åÊ
Ultra-fine milled texture for a smooth, comfortable feel on the skin.åÊ
Excellent oil control and durability ‰ÛÓ the modified rice starch helps absorb excess oil and keeps the makeup in place longer.åÊ
Colour-neutral (or subtly tinted) finish: TL14 gives just a hint of warming/yellower tone without altering your foundation colour significantly.åÊ
Matte yet natural finish, suitable for professional applications (bridal, photography, film) as well as everyday wear.åÊ
Versatile usage: can be used all over to set your face, for under-eye brightening or baking, or to pre-dust around eyes to catch fallout.åÊ
Begin with your base: apply your foundation, concealer, any cream blush/bronzer as usual.
Using a powder puff or a large fluffy powder brush, pick up some of the translucent powder.
Press-set: apply (press) the powder onto areas prone to oil/shine (T-zone, under-eyes if using concealer) and let it sit for a minute or so.åÊ
Remove excess: after letting it sit, sweep off any excess product with a clean powder brush, then optionally buff the skin with a buffing brush for a seamless finish.åÊ
For special uses: if you‰۪ve used glitter or strong pigment eyeshadow, you can dust the surrounding skin before application so that any fallout sticks to the powder and can be easily brushed away.åÊ
Touch-up as needed during the day: for oily areas, lightly blot and re-apply a thin layer of powder.
