This product is part of the Kryolan “TV Paint Stick” line — a stick foundation/cream-base made for high coverage and durable wear.
The shade is indicated as FS 28 in the line (so you’ll want to confirm how it matches your skin tone).
The size is 25 g (as you specified) — common for this professional series.
According to Kryolan: “TV Paint Stick is Kryolan’s most popular foundation in stick form … hybrid based on a creamy fusion of oils and waxes making the product incredibly durable. With an average of more than 35 % pigment coverage its concealing capabilities are excellent.”
The finish is matt, and it’s suited for use on film/TV/photo because of the high pigment and durable base.
Very high coverage: Because the formula has ~35% pigment coverage, it’s able to conceal strong discolorations, pigmentation, uneven skin tone, etc.
Durability & professional grade: The oil-wax fusion base makes it long-wearing, suitable for high-intensity environments like stage, TV, photography.
Matt finish: Ideal if you need a non-shiny, “camera ready” look.
Large shade range: The line includes many shades (including “FS” series like FS28) so you can find a closer match for varied undertones.
Here’s a recommended application method to get the most out of it:
Prep the skin
Cleanse and moisturize thoroughly. Because the product has heavy coverage, if the skin is dry or uneven you may see texture. One reviewer noted: “The foundation needs proper moisturisation before application otherwise dry areas start becoming flaky.”
If you have oily skin, you might also prime the skin or lightly powder to help the foundation adhere.
Apply the stick
Use the stick directly on the face (for example draw lines on forehead, cheeks, chin) or dispense a small amount onto the back of your hand first.
Then use a foundation brush or a sponge to blend. Kryolan states: “Apply on moisturised skin and blend with a foundation brush or sponge of preference.”
Start from the centre of the face and blend outwards for even coverage.
Build/adjust coverage
Because it’s highly pigmented, you may need only a small amount. For areas needing extra coverage (blemishes, pigment zones), you can layer carefully.
If you prefer lighter coverage, you can “sheer down” the product by mixing it with a blending medium (Kryolan’s “Make-up Blend”) as the brand suggests.
For extended wear, set with a powder or translucent finish (e.g., Kryolan’s Dual Finish or Translucent Powder) to lock it in.
This is especially useful in humid climates or for long-wear events.
Finish your routine
Once the base is set, you may proceed with blush/contour/bronzer/eye makeup as usual.
Because this is a strong base, consider the rest of your makeup finish accordingly to keep the look coherent (not too matte, unless desired).
Removal
At the end of the day, use a proper makeup removal process. Kryolan states: “For removal … Make-up Remover, Natural Cleansing Oil or Natural Cleansing Lotion are the best choices; they easily break down this full coverage foundation.”
Follow with your usual skincare to keep skin healthy.
