This is a setting powder from Kryolan’s “Translucent Powder” line, designed for full-coverage cream or fluid foundations.
According to Kryolan’s official product page: “Formulated with a high concentration of modified rice starch, it provides exceptional oil absorption and extended durability, ensuring a flawless, matte finish that lasts.”
The shade code TL9 is one of the translucent/tinted options (the “TL” series includes TL1, TL2, TL3, TL9, TL10, etc) and the size “60 g” is listed for the product in India. For example one Indian retailer lists “Kryolan Professional Translucent Powder TL9 – 60G” at INR 1,400.
It’s described as “professional-grade” and suitable for both professional makeup artist use and everyday wear.
Strong oil-absorption and mattifying: Because of the rice-starch base, it helps control oil and shine — especially useful in warm/humid climates like India.
Setting and extending wear: Helps set cream or fluid foundations and extend their longevity by establishing a matte surface.
Translucent/tinted flexibility: Although labelled translucent, the TL series offers tinted options (so it can subtly warm or cool underlying foundation tones) — giving flexibility for different skin undertones.
Large volume for value/pro use: At 60 g this is rather generous compared to many consumer powders, making it good for makeup kits, bridal kits, or heavy daily use.
Professional reputation: Kryolan is widely used in pro makeup, bridal contexts, theatre/film — so this product carries that pedigree, which may align with your brand aesthetic (especially as you’re working in digital beauty/branding).
After applying your foundation (cream or fluid), use a powder puff to apply the Translucent Powder over your skin. (Kryolan’s instructions: apply with powder puff, allow to sit a few minutes, then remove excess and buff for a polished finish.)
Focus on areas of oil/shine first (T-zone: forehead, nose, chin) then lightly on other areas if needed.
After the puff application, use a clean powder brush to sweep away any excess powder so the finish looks natural rather than heavy.
For long wear: If doing bridal makeup or all-day shoots, after setting the powder you can finish with a setting spray to lock everything in.
Touch-ups: Carry a small brush or powder compact to dust lightly during the day if you notice shine or settling, especially in humid/hot environments.
Storage & care: Keep the jar closed when not in use, store within a cool/dry space away from excessive heat/humidity (important in India).
