This product is part of the Kryolan Dermacolor Camouflage Creme line: “an especially highly-pigmented make-up which is designed to correct and cover skin disfigurements, discolorations and tattoos.”
Shade: D34. In Indian retailer listings it's referred to as “D34 – 4 g” for the small size.
Size: 4 g (refill / smaller professional size) version.
Intended for use on face and neck primarily, and when used with the Dermacolor System (Fixing Powder + Fixing Spray) the coverage becomes waterproof and can endure conditions like heat, physical strain and, per the brand list, swimming.
The shade D34 is listed in the shade-chart of the palette versions of the same line.
High coverage: Because it’s a specialist corrective camouflage cream (rather than regular foundation), it’s ideal for situations where you want to mask uneven tone, scars, pigmentation or mark areas — great for your brand asset work where skin tone consistency across visuals matters.
Professional performance: Being part of the Kryolan pro line, the product is designed to deliver kit-quality performance under demanding conditions (studio lights, long days, high resolution imagery).
Shade flexibility & inter-mixability: The Dermacolor line emphasises inter-mixable shades, which means D34 can be adjusted/tweaked in your kit for undertone or lighting variations.
Compact size for targeted work: The 4 g size makes this version suitable for spot-correction (rather than entire face) which is helpful in a brand shoot context where you may need to correct specific areas rather than full face.
Durability when fixed: If you pair the cream with the Fixing Powder & Spray, you achieve more robust wear (sweat/humidity resistance) — beneficial for Indian climate or long shoot sessions.
Here’s a recommended workflow tailored to your brand/asset-creation context:
Skin Prep
Cleanse and moisturise the area (face/neck or specific patch) so there’s a smooth surface for application.
If the model’s skin is slightly oily (especially in warm/humid environments) lightly mattify or blot first to reduce shine prior to application.
Warm the Product
Take a small amount of the D34 cream using a clean spatula or fingertip/brush.
Warm it up by mixing it on the back of your hand — the brand’s tip: “For best results always warm the cream to body temperature by mixing it on the back of your hand.”
Apply & Blend
Dab the product onto the area needing correction (patch, discolouration, etc).
Blend the edges carefully into surrounding skin so you don’t see harsh demarcation. Since it’s high pigment, using thin layers and building if necessary will give better finish rather than one thick layer.
Given your asset-work, ensure you check the tone in your actual lighting set-up (studio lights/LED mirror/mobile capture) so the corrected area matches the rest of the face/neck in camera.
Fix/Set the Area
After application is blended, apply the matching Fixing Powder and/or Fixing Spray from the Dermacolor system. This step is crucial to get the durability, water/sweat resistance and longevity claims.
Use a puff or brush to press the powder over the corrected area and ensure it is fully set.
Proceed with Makeup / Visual Asset Workflow
Once corrected and set, you can proceed to full face makeup (if needed) or continue with shoot. Given your multi-format asset workflow (desktop hero, mobile version, square social) you should test the finish in each format to ensure the correction reads consistently across devices.
Removal and Skincare
At end of the day/shoot, remove the product thoroughly using a good cleanser or makeup remover — high pigment products especially need proper removal to maintain skin health.
Follow with your skincare routine.
