This is a high-coverage cream makeup product from Kryolan’s Dermacolor line, designed for camouflage of skin discolorations, tattoos, major blemishes, uneven tone, scars, etc.
The size in this listing is 30 g (which is a large pot, worth it for professional use or heavy coverage needs). One store lists “Concealer DFD 30g”.
Shade “D FD” / “DFd” is among the shade range. According to Kryolan’s site, the shade list includes “D FD”.
The product is part of the system: Camouflage Creme + Fixing Powder + Fixing Spray = waterproof, long-wear, suitable even for swimming / heat / physical strain.
High pigment / maximum coverage: Because it is designed for camouflage (blemishes, discoloration, tattoos) the opacity is very high — so if you need strong coverage (bridal, events, photo-makeup) this is a strong pick.
Durability / professional performance: The system is built to withstand heat, sweat, water, physical movement — which makes it very good for long events, bridal days, shoots etc.
Large size (30 g) for value or pro use: The 30g pot gives a lot of product (compared to smaller 4g versions) — cost per gram can work out better if you’ll use it regularly for professional kits.
Shade mixing flexibility: Kryolan provides many shades and you can mix to get perfect match (especially important for Indian skin tones with varying undertones). The shade “D FD” is among the list.
Water/UV resistant once fixed: After application and the fixing process, it becomes more resistant to environment, which is good for hot/climate environments.
Prep skin: Cleanse and moisturise. If your skin is dry, use a light hydrator/primer to ensure the high-coverage cream doesn’t emphasise dry patches.
Select/mix your shade: For shade D FD (or DFd) choose if it matches your skin or mix a bit with neighbouring shades for a perfect match. Warming the product on the back of your hand helps.
Apply a thin layer: Use a spatula/clean finger or small brush to pick up a bit of the product. Because it’s highly pigmented, a little goes a long way. Spread and press on the area you want covered.
Blend edges: Especially around the area of application, so the transition to the surrounding skin is smooth.
Set with powder and possibly spray: After the cream layer, apply the associated fixing powder and optionally the fixing spray to lock it in place for long-wear. This step is crucial for durability.
Finish makeup: Once set, you can apply your foundation or proceed with rest of makeup (blush, highlighter etc).
Touch-ups: For long events (weddings, shoots) keep a small amount and a spot brush for any minor touch-ups rather than re-doing large areas.
Storage: Close the pot tightly, store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight. High pigment creams can oxidise or dry out if not stored well.
