This is a super-fine, loose setting powder designed to “set and extend makeup wear” while delivering a “photo-ready finish”.
The formula is described as “light-as-air”, weightless, silky, and mattifying—yet it’s meant to let skin “look like skin” (i.e., not overly flat or cakey).
The shade “Banana” is listed as good for light-medium to medium-deep skin tones with warm undertones.
The powder is one of eight sheer shades offered in the range; the brand emphasises that it is crafted to not flash back under photography (a big plus for content creators, lighting, etc.).
Sets makeup: Helps lock in foundation/concealer so your base stays in place longer.
Blurs pores and fine lines: The very fine milled texture helps smooth the look of skin texture and gives a subtle “filter” effect.
Minimises shine / mattifies: Particularly helpful if you have oilier zones or want your skin to look more refined under lights.
Photo-ready / no flashback: Handy for photography, video, or lighting-intense environments.
Shade versatility: The Banana shade can add a subtle brightening / warm tone correction under the eyes or on warm-toned skin, given that it has a warm undertone.
Here’s a usage method aligned with the brand’s instructions:
After applying your foundation and concealer (and any creams), take a fluffy setting brush (or the brand-suggested Powder Puff Setting Brush 170, if available).
Swirl into the powder, tap off the excess.
Lightly dust over your whole face (or targeted areas like under-eyes, T-zone, or wherever you need extra hold). Because of the exemplary finish, even just a light dusting can do a lot.
For smaller areas (under-eyes, corners of nose), you can use a precision sponge (e.g., the brand’s Lil Precision Makeup Sponge) or a smaller brush.
If you’re using this shade “Banana” to brighten under-eyes, you might apply slightly heavier under the eyes, then brush off any excess to avoid over-brightening.
Let the powder settle—avoid pressing or rubbing the skin immediately. Then proceed with your rest of makeup (blush/bronzer/highlight) as needed.
If your skin is dry, you might want to ensure that you have moisturised + primed well beforehand, since even the best powder can emphasise dryness if skin isn’t prepped.
