How to Use

1. Exfoliate and lightly moisturize lips. Blot off excess balm.

2. Outline your lips using the Bad Lil Thing Lip Liner to define shape.

3. For longer wear, fill in the lips with the liner as a base.

4. Apply the Matte Liquid Lipstick from center to outer edges.

5. Allow to dry for a smooth, transfer-resistant matte finish.
