This is a long-wear liquid foundation from Bobbi Brown that promises "24-hour moisture. 24-hour wear" with a natural-matte finish that “looks like skin, not makeup.”
Key technology/features:
Smart Skin-Balancing Technology: oil-control + hydration in one.
Tri-Moisture Complex: includes hyaluronic acid + glycerin + honey extract to help moisture even in drier zones.
Oil-absorbing silicas to manage shine without stripping skin.
Finish: Natural matte (leans matte but still looks like skin) rather than overly flat or powdery.
Coverage & wear: Medium buildable coverage, comfortable and breathable. Claim of long-wear (24 h in Indian site) in challenging conditions.
SPF: It includes SPF 15 (via Octinoxate 6.7% + Titanium Dioxide 1.6%) in the Indian version.
Balances oil and moisture: For combination to oily skin especially, this helps skin feel comfortable (not overly dry) and helps control excess oil.
Natural skin-look result: Gives a matte-leaning finish but tries to retain skin’s texture/realness rather than looking heavy.
Long wear: Resistant to fade/crease/cake (per the formula claims) so ideal for longer days.
Buildable but not heavy: Medium coverage is good for everyday use; you can build where needed.
Shade range & suitability: On the Indian site several shades listed (e.g., Sand N-032, Golden Natural W-058, Honey W-064) to match Indian skin tones.
Bonus of SPF 15: Helps provide some sun protection (but note: not a replacement for dedicated sunscreen).
Useful in warm/humid climates like India because of the oil-control + moisture combo.
Prep your skin
Cleanse, tone, moisturize as usual. If you have oily T-zone, consider a light mattifying primer just there; if you have dry patches, make sure moisturizer has absorbed.
Application
Pump a small amount of the foundation (back of hand or palette). On Indian site: “Pump onto the back of your hand and buff onto face with a foundation brush — starting at the centre or wherever you need it most. Use soft, circular motions for medium coverage or pressing motions for fuller coverage. For lighter coverage … blend with your fingers.”
Start at the centre of your face (nose, cheeks) and blend outward to jawline and hairline.
Finish & set
For normal or dry skin: you might leave the finish as is (since it's formulated for “skin-like” finish).
For oily skin: After the foundation sets (a minute or two), apply a translucent powder lightly in areas that get shiny (forehead/T-zone) to control shine and ensure longevity.
Touch-up tips
Blot sheets work well mid-day if you get oil; avoid heavy powder layering which can cake.
For extra coverage (e.g., under eyes, around nose), use a concealer rather than layering lots of foundation to keep the skin-look.
